If You Could See the Sun by Ann Liang

4.0

It was a fun and entertaining read with a subtle hint of magical realism behind it. I think it's a very common concept (
Spoilerinvisibility
), but seeing it used here in YA fiction was very enjoyable, and I must say this has a really creative title. Overall, it was pretty chill and easy-to-read.

PS:
This one gave me a lot of similar vibes like "Today, Tonight and Tomorrow" by Rachel Lynn Solomon (maybe didn't delve that deep), and a bit of "Divine Rivals" sprinkled in a bit as well within a Beijing setting- which seemed to be very accurately portrayed.
