Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma
5.0
What an exquisitely written, heart breaking story of forbidden love. In a subject that is taboo enough that most writers wouldn't even attempt to write a book about it, Suzuma does an amazing job of working magic with her words so that the ick factor is gone and all that is left is heart break and despair.
The life that both Lochan and Maya lived was filled with anguish and responsibility. So much so they fell into each others arms. They could trust no one in their minds and it led to a slippery slope that could not be stopped. The love they had for each other and their other siblings will leave you breathless and with tears in your eyes
By far one of the best books I have read this year. Simply put: AMAZING!
