Body Image Lies Women Believe: And the Truth of Christ That Sets Them Free by Shelley Hitz

3.0

Maybe there are women who don't wish they were more beautiful, were less skinny or less fat, had smaller hips or bigger breasts, or were shorter or taller. I'm willing to bet every woman has wished something about themselves was different. This book is a great reminder that God has created me the way I am. The book is actually a series of short essays from many different women telling their stories. I enjoy hearing people's stories, so I liked that aspect of the book. I wouldn't say I got anything new from the book, just some good reminders.
