bahni turpin is by far one of my favourite audiobook narrators and the reason why i’m i’m now on my third reread of there’s someone inside your house — it’s technically a book club read for august, but i’ve been wanting to read it again for a while tbh!

this is such a cliche teen romance turned slasher and it’s not amazing, but yet, i love it. it’s perfectly simple and a neat introduction to the horror/slasher genre for people who’re on the fence with reading horror. it eases you into the genre with small scares mixed in with teen drama and romance. so honestly, perfect for YA romance readers wanting to read horror maybe?   

i’ve never read anything else by stephanie perkins and probably never will. but this will forever be reread worthy to me and i’ll always recommend the audiobook above all else since bahni turpin is 🔥
