Honestly, as someone who has hardly dabbled in horror, I was expecting it to be more scary. I can truthfully say that there was only two instances where I felt the adrenaline of unease. I also predicted the ending from early on.

Despite all that, it was a really easy read to get into, really easy to fly through in a sitting, and not as traumatizing as I expected it to be. Maybe I will actually be able to get some sleep
