The books just progressively got worse for me. I was cringing the whole book from the cliché lines and nicknames being thrown around. All Aura seems to do is get kidnapped and beat up every book and then the guys come save her. This girl is supposed to be special being an aether and with the quintessence bond (neither of which I still really understand) but she literally does nothing and then suddenly at the end she helping others like unlock their power??? Girl I think you need to work on your own powers. And it felt like there was a sex scene every 5 minutes, every time one came on I was like really…again, wasn’t there one not too long ago?? She completely forgot about her only friends she had to spend all her time with her mates. Like okay I get it you’re mated but you can spend time with other people as well.
The only thing I liked about this book was getting to learn a little bit about her mom and that was a very short amount of time.
