Which honestly kinda shocked me because I feel like I'm not reading and enjoying adult fantasy as often as I used to, but alas, R.F. Kuang is the shit and could make me read a pile of dirt.

I absolutely adored these books, from the writing, to the characters, to the action, everything was absolutely brilliant! Whether you are a character-driven reader or plot-driven, you will find something to love within this series.
