While I was hesitant about reading this, my best friend recommended it and now I understand why everyone loves Rooney’s writing. Normal People is an interestingly complex read that I really enjoyed. Marianne and Connell’s on again, off again relationship truly captured my attention.

Rooney is a new author that I will be adding to my TBR for her other novels. Definitely worth the read if you enjoy a thrilling story with characters that may make you question everything.
