I finished the book and i am left with no feeling torwards this book. Yes it does have some amazing imagery but half of the time i'm wondering what even is this book. I do think the mix and match of ancient architecture and modern objects is intentional

since they explained the 2 world later in the book

, but it just left me confused for most of the book. I would recommend this book for someone who doesn't care much for a clear plotline (ex: this is how you loose a time war), if else you might find this book hard to get through.
