An interesting sequel. In many ways, it elaborates effectively on some of the themes and concepts of the first one and makes the actions of its central characters easier to understand. The addition of a wider cast of characters that test the protagonist’s ability to discern what’s going on was a great idea and gave this story some new and interesting stakes. The only part I didn’t enjoy reading was the forward.
