This is the story of two Janes; a modern-day Jane and Lady Jane Grey who was Queen of England for nine short days. The question the story deals with is how much choice did they have in decisions that were made? I'm not sure I liked the switching back and forth between the two eras, the two Janes. I did like that through conversations and interviews the author made it clear that her story about Jane Grey is based entirely on her imagination.
Overall it wasn't a bad book, and it was a good stress escape. :)
