A solid Mystery by Ruth Ware. If you’re a fan of her other books you’ll likely enjoy this one too.
The dual narration was an unexpected surprise and I don’t THINK she’s done that before (?) typically the narration shifts in time more than between characters so I was surprised to have this one flipping people. It made for an interesting dynamic and overall enjoyed it.
One thing I found really grating, especially in the audiobook since I couldn’t skip it, that I felt offered little to nothing to the story was the continual Snoop profile information at the beginning of each chapter. Especially with how little they changed, it felt very much like it put into the story for one or two plot points but ultimately were explained in text anyway that it just gave you a quick heads up before it happened but nothing really of worth.
