So interesting! Payeng started planting what is now Molai Forest in 1979 at the age of sixteen. From nothing to a lush forest that brought animals back to the area. I'm so glad his story is being told to a wider audience, and what a wonderful true tale for kids to read--seeing the possibilities of how little acts can make big impacts for good in the world.
