I’m actually really interested in the development of the story, but the whole thing is just so boring. I’m kinda sad for DNFing, but I would do the book injustice if I dragged myself through it. The characters are too insufferable even for my taste, especially Lämmchen, and it’s just painful to read  the dialogues. I know this is how the book is supposed to be, but I just can’t seem to get behind. 
At this point I think the whole Naturalism/Realism movement is just not for me.
