Okay, so when I said I wouldn't read this author's stuff anymore, I figured that it was probably a little harsh. The first series was an early one (I think?), and perhaps her writing chops have grown over time? They only had one direction to go...And they did go up. No more head hopping (THANK GOD!), and a pretty solid relational tension. It was a fun, easy read. I'll try the next one.
