Do you ever finish a book and think "why did I just read that?"? That kind of sums up my experience with this book. I picked up a free copy in a Stuff your Kindle event and it sounded interesting. But there were so many plot holes and things jumped around a bit. I've tried a few of this author's stories this year and I've determined with this one that I don't particularly like their writing style. I think this will be the last book of theirs I pick up.
