Utterly impressive novel. Rich, with the most vivid characters and language I have read in a while. I listened to audiobook while simultaneously reading along, and that's definitely a good way to get through this rather fast, because the cast of the audiobook does all the different dialects perfectly, and bring their own flavour to the beautiful prose.
