I am surprised by how much i liked this book. The beginning was hard to get into for a second(it felt choppy) but when it picked up, it was GOOD!! However, The conflict didn’t hit as hard and it felt like a lot were just added on or rushed over at some point. It wasn’t hard hitting, there was no oomf (the plot twist wasn’t plot twisting the way it could have) but Misery & Lowe’s relationship made up for a lot. Sorry but i didn’t love Serena 🫣
Anyways my favs are Ana, Alex AND OWEN (i’d die for him)

This is my first book by Ali H and now i’m curious to read more
