The Bullet Journal Method: Track the Past, Order the Present, Design the Future by Ryder Carroll
4.0
I've been using the Bullet Journal method for about two years now. It has changed my life for the better in many ways. I have developed a "second brain" through this method and find myself more at peace, more productive, and more intentional since using it. Reading the book was helpful as it increased my understanding of the countless possibilities that the Bullet Journal has as a productivity and mindfulness method. The book is well written, and it will encourage anyone who feels like life is out of control with a practical, simple, and yet, profoundly intelligent method to organise their thoughts, tasks, ideas, and goals. If you are neurodivergent or find yourself never accomplishing your goals, this is the book (and method) for you. You don't have to read the book before diving in the method, though, it's all laid out in a small booklet included when you buy an official Bullet Journal. This book brought me much joy though and taught me a lot about the WHY behind the method, as well as some super cool HOWS.
