The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield

5.0

I loved this. Loved. Like, I might marry it, but then marrying a book might pave the way to marrying animals, and we simply cannot have that.

I started this book on the afternoon of one day and was done with it by the morning of the next. I slept about 37 minutes during that time. Ha!

It's a story inside a story and it kept me in suspense (almost) the whole time.
