we shouldn't be surprised that i'm giving this five stars after i absolutely flew threw this and (happily) lost sleep just so i could read through it. as someone who loves to consume media surrounding figure skating (it's the russian in me) this filled the void that i'd been needing. 

truly one of the slowest burns to ever burn. jas and ivan will stick with me for a while, that's for sure. i'm so glad that this was my introduction to MZ's works and i'm even more excited to work through their backlist now.
