My daughter wanted me to read this because she did and loved it. She is also allergic to animals and also everything in nature. So, I can see why she loved this book so much. 

It was such a sweet book and I may have teared up once lol. It is about a 10 year old girl who is going through some life changes. Her parents are having another kid, she had to switch schools because of rezoning and had no friends, she wanted to be a Vet when she grew up but when they went to get her a puppy for her birthday she found out she is very allergic to all animals with fur. 

I think it is a great book for kids with allergies who are limited in what they can do. Or are experiencing big life changes.
