The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain

adventurous funny reflective medium-paced

3.0

Obviously 'of its time', and with racist and problematic themes/language.  But overall this was an adventurous tale of a boy I genuinely liked.  I read this in preparation of (the much-anticipated) release of Percival Everett's 'James', which is a retelling of Huck Finn from the viewpoint of Jim, the enslaved Black man who befriends Huck.
