I was SO excited when I saw what Apathy was going to be about. Mysterious old towns, secrets, disappearances, murders?! Sign me up. I loved Skylar as a main character. She’s fighting her own demons, and struggling with people’s expectations (especially her family) all while people around her start to mysteriously disappear. Ash Crowell appearing in town and inserting himself into her life right when everything starts going sideways only makes things more confusing for Skylar, who feels like she can’t trust anyone. This left us on a teensy little cliffhanger and I can’t wait for the next book!!!!
