This is just a fun, feel good series. I don't know why I like it. I am not a mom, don't want to be and I abhor yoga. My biggest form of exercise is jumping to conclusions. But it's a fun, light read, and sometimes you just need to read to enjoy something, not because of any depth. And that's what this is. Light, snarky, funny with accurate school politics (those I do understand as a teacher). It's been fun to see Max grow up, Jen become a GiGi, and the easy story line progress. I will read anything Laurie Gelman writes; it feels like curling up for a good gossip session.
