The Fill-In Boyfriend by Kasie West

3.0

This was a cute contemporary but I always have difficulty reading books that have issues that could have been easily prevented since the beginning of the story. For example nothing in this book would have happened if Gia just didn't lie. I also had issues with the "growth" she made at the end of the book. While it's great that she learned the error of her ways I really don't think that anyone makes a change that quickly. Overall the book was ok. I found the writing to be simplistic and easy to follow and it was a decent enough book for me to want to check out some other stuff my Kasie West.
