Ok wow! This book actually surprised me, I started reading it with skepticism but it really drew me in quickly. I was not expecting to like Zade but he made more sense to me in this book as did Addie, their story felt more coherent.
The car scene.... and the tub scene... dear lord! Those were incredible! Specially since I was listening to the audiobook, damn! 100% recommend. The way he helped her heal and transform all that pain and bad experiences, how he showed her ways to reclaim herself. It was pretty good.
I liked that Sibby appears more in this book, that weirdo is a fun addition and I'm really curious about what comes next for her and Kraven. Also Rio! What's going on with him now?
If you're sensitive though... just don't even think about this book.
