Gone Too Deep by Katie Ruggle
4.0
Note: I normally read clean/wholesome/closed door. Please see the content note below regarding my rating of this book. I found the language and open-door content to be unnecessary and distracting but have reviewed the book based on its story merit, not content.
Whoa, George might just be the perfect hero. Loved the force-proximity of this sweet, determined heroine and reclusive, grunting hero. The winter/woods setting was fantastic and there were some definite laugh out loud moments. The romance is a slow burn and the suspense is good. It's sweet how protective the heroine is of her father and I loved the appearances by other characters from books 1 &2. I DNF at Chapter 30 to avoid the explicit content there.
Audiobook Narrator: Five Stars! Loved her and the way she portrayed the characters and their personalities.
Content: Rated R. Contains open door, consensual love scene and highly-detailed, explicit romantic content. Also contains extensive swearing, foul and crude language.
