Demon's Dream: An Unexpected Love by Elle Kayson
dark
slow-paced
- Plot- or character-driven? A mix
- Strong character development? It's complicated
3.5
I finally finished....ðŸ«
First, this will definitely be alongside some of the greatest Urban Fiction novels of all time.
With that being said....
Chile this was the most toxic, craziest story 😆. Not one ounce of real love lol just possession which is fine with me. Once I read that Demon and Smoke were light skin I knew they were going to be unhinged and diabolical ðŸ˜
Dream unfortunately was boring to me all the other characters were entertaining especially Smoke!
It didn't get good to me till about the 60% mark when the action really took off. I'm glad I can cross this off my list finally as done ✅
