I am not a huge fantasy lover, but I am big fan of Jonathan Maberry so of course I read this. Solid story and world-building. Shades of Stephen King's Dark Tower series and Lovecraftian horror woven with traditional sword-and-sorcery fantasy give this book a very unique feel.
