I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first, but it was still going okay until I got to the second half of the book and something happened with side characters that made me wildly uncomfortable. I made some updates while it was happening in the book, if you are curious. But that kinda wrecked the end and I just sped through it.
I think I'll take a break from this series.
