Normal People by Sally Rooney

I liked it, their story was tragic and beautiful. I'll probably add more when I have had time to think about it
I like the time jumping and the flipping into pieces of the past. Made it easy to flow back into after each reading. I wasn't yearning for this book, but once I started reading I found it hard to stop. I particularly loved connell and marianne's friendship, despite everything they went through they still had that bond.
But my LORD marianne please stop reading into things! The rest of the book wouldn't of had to happen if connell asked marianne if he could stay with her. Honestly. Though I forget these are kids - in their late teens and early 20s. So of course they're going to be awkward
