The Girl in 6E by A.R. Torre
5.0
After reading The Ghostwriter, I decided to binge read Alessandra Torre's books and I was not disappointed!
The Girl in 6E is so good! It is my first time reading an erotic thriller novel and I loved it so much. Deanna is such a dark character. I love how we get to know her murder-ish thoughts. Her taste for vengeance and violence. Idk what cave I'm living in but I never knew that there was a psychological term for these murder tendencies. Deanna kind of reminded me of Margo from Marrow. Just because of how she saved Annie from her pedophile uncle. Putting justice in her own hands. I love that this somehow brought her a little light and hope in her heart that she can do good. That there is a bit of light in her darkness. There are also a lot of taboo and sensitive topics that have been discussed in the book and I love that it did not shy away from those.
Awww and Jeremy. Ugh I knew they would end up fooling around each other in that apartment. I really love Jeremy's character and how he offers to control Deanna's murder tendencies (though we're not really sure about that *evil grin*). But I do find it so cute though! I hope Deanna tries to open her heart for Jeremy and control herself not to kill him.
I will be diving back in for the second book! I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF DEANNA!!!
