I liked it...It was very close to fifty shades of grey and I'm sure the author cringes when she hears that. I'm sure it's blurry where they differ. Both billionaire men with a mysterious, and somewhat shady past. Let's be frank though.. Nikki is no Anna. A pageantry daughter who has facets of a mystique personality and fake smiles. She knows how to pose for a crowd. She is also a cutter, and has the scars to prove it. Gideon Stark has a stalker like personality and I think the author is trying to make it seem more like an obsession. I guess if the person is unaware it can be an obsession. Seems like Gideon picked her out years ago and is somehow flaming the fire to make her into the perfect woman for him. The next book ought to be interesting.
