Beware of spoilers

I really enjoyed seeing everyone from Beyond the Veil and how active they were in their families lives and how they always helped them. But don’t get me wrong, I definitely did skim some of the book. But it was so nice to finally meet Merissa and Hail. And I loved that Hail called the twins “my little darling” or “my little one.” And oh my gosh, my definite favorite part was seeing Darius and Hail bicker. Like Darius did not give one shit about being on Hail's good side. And I love how accepting Hail was of Lance and he even called him his son and Azriel said called Darcy his daughter *crying happy tears*. Oooh and it was so cute to see that Azriel initially shipped Darius and Lance together. Oh my god!! Chapter 21!! At first poor Darius was just trying to talk to his friends and then it took a BIG turn. And poor guy couldn’t leave
