This explosive story starts with a bang and keeps the suspense and terror high throughout. With humanly-flawed, realistic characters, this was a unique story and the heroine was very different from other books. She was secretive and strong. I was surprised to find the hero to be a soft-centered hero with a kind heart and loved how he protected the heroine. While this one wasn't as funny as the first book, it still held my attention and I thought the plot, story, romance and suspense were fantastic.
