Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI by David Grann
informative
sad
medium-paced
3.5
The first one hundred pages flew by for me, as this portion of the book was focused on establishing the an understanding of the Osage people in Oklahoma. However, the book felt like “copaganda” to me - it felt like saviors were made out of FBI agents who at best did an incomplete job (as the author points out) and there was hero worshipping of wardens. Ick!
