The Open-Air Life: Discover the Nordic Art of Friluftsliv and Embrace Nature Every Day by Linda Åkeson McGurk

Did not finish book. Stopped at 14%.
The entire concept of the book is about the Norwegian concept of friluftsliv, but it's written about Sweden, which makes no sense and is coopting a culture. Also, she's putting a ton of rules and unnecessary procedures around being outside all the time. Still looking for a good book about friluftsliv written by a Norwegian.
