Movie Quotes, Space Pirates and “Treasure”

I’m the type of reader that if a book moves me enough, I’ll buy it after I read it. So yeah, this one is permanently in my Kindle Collection.
I relate to the FMC, as I too would be coping with the surreal circumstances by quoting movies, referring to my limited (by humans) SciFi/space knowledge, and taking things in stride, but those aren’t the only reasons I relate to her. This is heroine that is a survivor, and I appreciate a more realistic depiction of a survivor’s behavior while interacting with multiple good guys that truly only have good intentions for her.
This is a happy book, with hints of other characters from the rest of the series. I haven’t read all of those, I skipped a few because i don’t like my heart getting too torn up, but after reading this one, I might be brave enough to read the rest of them. I want to tell other readers, don’t get discouraged by some of the other reviews, this book wraps up a lot of good, melts your heart, makes you laugh, and worth the read (to me).
