What I Liked
The concept of addiction was very interesting - I like how Taylor focused on varying addictions, such as gambling. I also liked Evie's tangible desperation, how far she was willing to go to hide her sins. I appreciated the multiple narrators - they made the story move faster.

What I Didn't Like
If you asked me to describe this book in one word, my answer would be "wha?" The plot twists in so many directions. The ending and climax are so dramatic and just unbelievable to me.
