This story blew me away! Ravage is Book 1 of the Untamed Sons series, a new edgier series from a veteran MC author. This is the tale of Tyler aka Ravage, the club president, and Sasha, his former flame. Rav and Sasha grew up in the club together and she was his old lady until she walked out on him three years prior. Rav hates her for this, as does the entire club, but it's not until Sasha appears outside the gates of the clubhouse looking for help that they realize she might not have simply walked away. Loyalties are tested on many levels and there's no way to predict how things will work out for anybody involved. I found myself emotionally in pain multiple times while reading the story and had a jaw-dropping moment at least twice. This story is extremely well-written, the world-building is on point, and the characters are well-developed and likable. Even the side characters' personalities are well thought out. The ideals of an outlaw club are incorporated nicely and there's nothing too over-the-top unrealistic. This was my intro to Jessica Ames, but I immediately dove into her other series when I finished this, and the Untamed Sons are now a one-click series for me!
