Plot wise I feel like this one was lacking, especially with it being the ending and building up to a certain point. I felt underwhelmed by the confrontations with Grim and the Lilin, I was expecting more.

However I did enjoy all the Roth/Layla we got in this book. This book was basically their show.

I did like the depictions of Hell, that was interesting when she went down there. And meeting the familiars in their human forms was hilarious but it made me think we’d see them again and we didn’t so what was the point of it really. And losing Bambi…why?? Out of everything that happened that hurt the most.
