Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren

This book. Omg.

This book was so good. I knew I’d like this book, but I was wrong… I love it. It was so beautiful I cannot put it into words. If there’s a definition(s) for soulmates Elliot and Macy is one of them. I loved how raw and real it was; you don’t find many books that don’t skip over the difficult parts in life. This book showed childhood friends to lovers / second chance romance in such a beautiful manor. I cannot express my love for this book other than, I couldn’t put it down and finished it less than 24 hours. The way they evolved throughout the book was everything. I loved it from beginning to end. And getting to watch them grow up throughout the book… I won’t lie… I cried. I cannot express how much I recommend this book. It was truly so beautiful.

“Elliot kisses me once, and then ducks, kissing my chest over my heart. “I’ve been waiting for you to come home for eleven years. I’ll go anywhere you go.”

This right here. Solidifies any doubt (which was nonexistent) I have for this book. My heart bursted (for the millionth time) right here. And I’m now even more in love with this book.
