Staying with the Trouble: Making Kin in the Chthulucene by Donna J. Haraway

5.0

I'll start by saying that this book is definitely not for everyone. The style and topics present barriers; the prose deliberately loops and tangles and uses new terminologies.

That said, I personally found this collection of essays to be incredibly enlivening and wondrous. Dwelling in the space of these pages was a heady, cerebral experience, but also (as Haraway seeks to create) a muddy, thorny one. This work will continue to enrich my future creativity and thought.
