This is at least my 5th or 6th reread of PJO, and it holds up!!!!!!! I love this series so much. I will never stop singing of its praises. This will be the first time I’m reading all the way through PJO, Heroes of Olympus, and then the Trials of Apollo (YEET). Let’s get this bread!!

One thing I will say, I’m a little sad that many of the described fat characters were all either bullies, monsters, and antagonists. I hope this doesn’t continue to be a trend through the series, but I think as I’ve gotten older, I’ve also learned to more critically assess my media, whether I love, like, or hate it.
