Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Stiefvater
5.0
I always have a difficult time when it comes to reviewing books by Maggie Stiefvater...but i'll do my best.
Blue lily, lily blue was one of my most anticipated books of this year. I was not dissapointed... What i love the most about books by Maggie Stiefvater is the atmosphere she creates, it is so magical and whimzical as well as cleverly daunting and mysterious.
What i loved about this book in particular is how every single character has their moment and is not overshadowed by any other as it often happens when dealing with lots of main characters. Another thing i found particularily refreshing is that even though we have our main romantic pair the whole story doesn't revolve arround their love lives ( I REALLY LOVE THAT) for those wondering we do get to see a little of them and i love how their relationship works everything just clicks.. Ronan is still Ronan and i love him for it and Adam is not as irritaiting in this book.. I'm starting to like him again.. We also get to see other quite interesting POVs... Good times
In this book we also get many more questions which is to be expected but it was so beautifully done i'm not even mad that i got no answers.. This was another solid book by Maggie Stiefvater.. I am already thinking about how much i want the final book of this quartet..
The waiting begins!!
