For those of us who suffer from OCD and anxiety this is an excellent guide to living with and making recovery. It is not a cure as there is no such thing as we know but there is learning to live with and keeping it in check so it doesn't run your life. Each chapter deals with a different aspect with an individually tailored exercise at the end. It's no easy ride he makes you work, it is difficult but thought provoking. The author is someone who knows what he is talking about and shares his own experience as well. I recommend it one of the better ones I've read.
