As soon as in started reading i was captivated by Natalie Jenner writing style. I love how we see the adjustments over time and the progession between Italy and England . We have a large cast of characters to keep up with each whom add thier own elements to the story. We are following Viven Lowry throught this book as she ventures into the film industry in the 1950s in Rome. I did struggle with the amount of characters and going through the various storyline there were greatmoments in the book but st times I did feel the interlocking storytimelines got me a but lost and i found myself asking more questions than the answer I've gotten. I feel I would of gotten more out of the books if I'd know kt was the third kn the series.
