Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult
5.0
There were parts of this book which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think that's a good thing, though, because I'm pretty sure if I felt nothing, it would make me a douchebag.
(cue everyone who didn't feel what I felt coming in here to tell me that they are awesome and not douchebags)
Anyway! I love that Ms. Picoult chose to show this from the point of view of the three main characters because I got to delve a lot deeper into who they were as people, and how they got that way.
I am questioning a lot about myself right now and I feel as if this book will be with me forever.
I gave it five stars, but I was a tiny bit disappointed in the way it ended. I felt it was a little too "tied up in a bow."
Fantastic read, though!
I hate synopsis book reviews, so I'll leave it there.
