A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas

5.0

Loved this book to the very core!
I devoured it. Little by little. Any time I could spare, to enter into this beautiful world of PRYTHIAN! Into that mind-blowing fantasy! A few pages a day.
Sleep?
A stranger to me these days!
This book?
My bestfriend!
A comfort!
A guilty pleasure that I let myself indulge in, despite having no time, despite having final exams!
I don't regret it. Choosing to read this book over sleep. I'd do it over and over again.
.
Ah! Fantasy!
An escape! From all the stress, from all my problems! I love fantasy.
I never thought I'd love another world, another magical story as much as I love Harry Potter! Of course Harry Potter always comes first. But this series, I'm constantly thinking of it. Dreaming of it. It never felt like a burden to read, never forced myself to read. Never did I look at page numbers.
As the number of pages grew thinner, I had this void in my heart, because I heard that the next book and the one after that revolve around Nesta. Not that I hate her. But Feyre... Feyre is something else. I'll miss Feyre.

❌SPOILERS! ❌
WHY GOD WHY?
So many deaths! I cried when SURIEL died, when bone carver died! When Rhysand died. Seriously why?
And all those bargains. The ouroboros! Wow just wow !!
I even started liking Tamlin!
I never cried like this. It felt real. Everything. Like I knew and lived with them all my life.
I loved those war scenes. Those meetings with the high lords. And the end....so many twists...!
It felt beautiful. The end.
